⚙ Technical Characteristics & Design
It adopts European classic tabletop structure, and brushed stainless steel is beautiful and generous.
The homogenizer is placed at the bottom of the pot with a very short rotating shaft to prevent shaking. Material enters from the bottom, circulates through the pipe outside the pot, and returns to the liquid level from the top, ensuring equal treatment of all materials.
Achieves delicate paste particles controlled below 5 microns. External circulation also functions as a discharge pump.
Centrifugal force homogenization mechanism with multi-layer shearing (inner and outer stators and rotor), improving efficiency by 30%.
High-viscosity discharge capability with pressure up to 3 bar. Integrated CIP cleaning function shortens cleaning cycles and saves water.
Advanced PLC control with memory storage function and MES interface reservation.
